A confession - I don't literally watch Bold and Beautiful. In my town, there is a radio station that broadcasts the local CBS affiliate, just in case severe weather compromises the signal. Since the affiliate is opting to make the digital conversion in June, my days listening to B & B are numbered. That said, I wished that I could see the performances yesterday. For Rick to rush over to Taylor's in order to confront Thomas, Steffy must have been SLOPPY, when it came to covering for Thomas. Among her many flaws, Steffy must not have a very good game face, which is pathetic, since we women are gifted when it comes to this.
As for the confrontation, I had several wishes. First, when Rick chided Thomas for not facing the fact that no one has a perfect childhood and that normal people just get on with it... I just wondered why that particular revelation never occurred within Rick's own inner dialogue. He guilted his parents into giving him a job promotion; he guilted them into not firing his treacherous ass. So his dropping knowledge on Thomas was completely laughable.
And I totally hoped that there was a snowglobe handy so Thomas could smash Rick's head in and dispose of him at a garbage dump, Unfaithful-style.
Seriously, I can't stand Rick.
But Ridge interrupting whatever was about to happen between Thomas and Rick -- it's time to start recording B & B.
